Google is stepping up to do their part to help rid the world of embarassing situations caused by the online version of the drunk dial.  Google has introduced a new labs feature into Gmail in both the original, as well as the “Apps for Your Domain” flavors.

With the intro of Mail Goggles, you get to set a schedule during which times you could potentially fall prey to the temptation to email that ex-girlfriend and try to get back together, or whatever, and it then asks you a series of math questions that you need to respond to within a certain amount of time. Fail to answer the questions and your mail stays as an unsent draft.
